Asanti’s vision is to be a centre of excellence within the burgeoning field of Regional Edge Data Centres. To this end, CEO Stewart Laing has assembled a highly experienced and talented team of specialists from across the Data Centre Industry. Boasting in excess of 125 years of experience, this team is dedicated to making Asanti a leader within the Regional Edge Data Centre industry – to enable the provision of first-class facilities and services to our customers across the UK.
WHY REGIONAL EDGE?
Regional Edge Data Centres are the cornerstone of the Edge Ecosystem; a Low Latency Infrastructure that will supply the essential response times without which the Internet of Things (IoT) will never fulfil its exciting potential. Industry experts are forecasting an explosion in the demand for Low Latency infrastructures.
OUR DATA CENTRES
Asanti currently owns and operates 5 Regional Edge Data Centres and has a strategic partnership in place with the premier data centre facility in central Scotland to offer capacity in a 6th. Located strategically across the UK for minimum latency, all 6 Data Centres operate in accordance with the Uptime Institute’s Tier 3 Operational Standard.
